A while back we got called to a flat near Westfield Stratford City. The owner had a quote from someone who promised a “same-day swap” for a price that looked… suspiciously cheerful. The boiler did get changed — but the radiators stayed half-warm and the new unit sounded like it was constantly starting and stopping.
